To help you target and examine important critical events, this report
tracks and allows a drill down analysis of events during the requested time
period. Information is sorted by severity, category and follow up.
Administrative Summary Report
Measuring TTR for each indication, and includes summary event information
INR over 5 Report
Track down those INR values that are 5 or greater during a specific time period
Anticoagulation Status Report
Used to identify outliers and patients not meeting a time in therapeutic range standard as set by the practice. Graphs the INRs over a time period and summarizes assessment information that would identify potential reasons for a patient’s noncompliance.
