Is updated, INR is entered and information is sent via SSL to the DoseResponse servers.

DoseResponse Server

Patient data arrives at the server, is compared to ACCP guidelines and suggestions for dosing and follow-up INR are formulated.

Clinician Review

Suggestions for dosing and next INR are posted to the clinician screen, are accepted or overridden and the visit is completed.

Patient Doseage Instruction

Each patient receives a patient-specific, easy-to-read and understand dosing and educational handout.
