• Efficiently handles the workflow, record-keeping and documentation necessary in coumadin therapy
• Can efficiently and effectively enable management of multiple sites with a single clinician

Clinical

• Establishes and manages a program that adheres to a specific set of guidelines/protocols,maintains a high standard of TTR, & effectively measures and reports on patients individually and as a group
• Referring physicians have a safe and accessible place to send their patients and will receive updated history's on their patients after each visit

Our own pharmacy run clinics - 5 distinct locations, 5 distinct settings, each using a part time MA or nurse at the site and using only 20 hours/week of a Pharmacist's time -have maintained over 82% TTR since inception (2002), and at a fraction of the cost of traditional anticoagulation clinics operations.
